Great tasting cocktails start with lots of ice! For every recipe, fill shaker with ice. For a fine dining feel, strain each cocktail over fresh ice in the glass.

Bourbon n’ Bananas

Ingredients
- ¾ oz Mango-Habanero Barmalade®
- 1¼ oz Bourbon
- ¼ Banana Liqueur
- ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- Ginger Ale (Topper)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker, except ginger ale, add ice and shake vigorously.
- Pour into a rocks glass and top with ginger ale.
Sweet n’ Spicy

Ingredients
- ¾ oz Mango-Habanero Barmalade®
- 1½ oz Beefeater Gin
- 1 oz Patron Citronge Mango
- ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 5 Cilantro Leaves
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
- Pour into a tall glass and garnish with lime wheel.
Spicy Mango Lemonade

Ingredients
- ¾ oz Mango-Habanero Barmalade®
- 2 oz Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka
- Club Soda (Topper)
- 1 Lemon Wheel (Garnish)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker, except club soda, add ice and shake vigorously.
- Pour into a tall glass and top with club soda, garnish with lemon wheel.
Spicy Mango Mojito

Ingredients
- ¾ oz Mango-Habanero Barmalade®
- 1 ½ oz White Rum
- ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 5 Mint Leaves
- Club Soda (Topper)
Instructions
- Using the palm of your hand, slap the mint leaves to release aroma and flavor and put into a shaker.
- Combine all remaining ingredients except club soda, into shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
- Pour into a tall glass and top with club soda.
Spicy Mango Mule

Ingredients
- 1 oz Mango-Habanero Barmalade®
- 1½ oz Belvedere Vodka
- ¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Ginger Beer (Topper)
- 1 Lime Wheel (Garnish)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except ginger beer into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
- Pour into a mule cup, top with ginger beer and garnish with lime wheel.
Spicy Mango Rita

Ingredients
- ¾ oz Mango-Habanero Barmalade®
- 1 ½ oz Reposado Tequila
- ½ oz Cointreau
- ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
- Pour into a tall glass and garnish with lime wedge.
De-constructed Mango Colada

Ingredients
- ¾ oz Mango-Habanero Barmalade®
- 1 oz Blue Chair Bay Rum
- ½ oz Humbolt Spiced Rum
- ¾ Rum Haven Caribbean Rum
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- ½ oz Coconut Creme
- ¼ oz Lime Juice
- 3 Leaves Fresh Basil
- Pineapple Frond (Garnish)
- 1 Luxardo Cherry (Garnish)
Instructions
- Using the palm of your hand, slap the basil leaves to release aroma and flavor and put into a shaker.
- Combine remaining ingredients in shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
- Double strain (link to definition of double strain), pour over fresh ice into a hurricane glass and garnish with pineapple frond and a Luxardo Cherry.
