Raspberry-Hibiscus Recipes
Great tasting cocktails start with lots of ice! For every recipe, fill shaker with ice. For a fine dining feel, strain each cocktail over fresh ice in the glass.

Ingredients
- 1 oz Raspberry-Hibiscus Barmalade®
- 1 oz Beefeater Gin
- 1 oz Beefeater Pink
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- 1 Edible Flower (Garnish)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain back into shaker and dry shake.
- Double strain into a coupe glass and float edible flower leaf on top.
Raspberry Hibiscus Mule
Ingredients
- 1 oz Raspberry-Hibiscus Barmalade®
- 1½ oz Belvedere Vodka
- ¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Ginger Beer (Topper)
- 1 Lime Wheel (Garnish)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except ginger beer into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
- Pour into a mule cup, top with ginger beer and garnish with lime wheel.
Raspberry Lemonade
Ingredients
- 1 oz Raspberry-Hibiscus Barmalade®
- 2 oz Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka
- Club Soda (Topper)
- 1 Mint Bouquet (Garnish)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
- Pour into a tall glass and garnish with raspberries.
Raspberry Mojito
Ingredients
- 1 oz Raspberry-Hibiscus Barmalade®
- 1 ½ oz White Rum
- ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 5 Mint Leaves
- Club Soda (Topper)
Instructions
- Using the palm of your hand, slap the mint leaves to release aroma and flavor and put into a shaker.
- Combine all remaining ingredients, except club soda, into shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
- Pour into a tall glass and top with club soda.`
Raspberry Rita
Ingredients
- 1 oz Raspberry-Hibiscus Barmalade®
- 1 ½ oz Reposado Tequila
- ½ oz Cointreau
- ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
- Pour into a tall glass and garnish with lime wedge.
Raspberry Side Car
Ingredients
- 1 oz Raspberry-Hibiscus Barmalade®
- 1½ oz Makers Mark Bourbon
- ½ oz Cointreau
- ½ oz Lemonade
- 1 Lemon Wheel (Garnish)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
- Pour into a rocks glass and garnish with lime wedge.
Very Berry Crush
Ingredients
- 1 oz Raspberry-Hibiscus Barmalade®
- ¾ oz Stoli Crushed Strawberry
- ½ oz Aboslut Elyx
- ½ oz Rum Haven
- ¼ oz PAMA
- ¾ oz Fresh Watermelon Juice*
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- 3 Raspberries (Garnish)
- *Fresh watermelon juice: Cut watermelon into cubes, blend and strain pulp and seeds. Refrigerate and use within 3 days of juicing.
Instructions
- Using the palm of your hand, slap the basil leaves to release aroma and flavor and put into a shaker.
- Combine all remaining ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain back into shaker and dry shake.
- Double strain over ice in a tall glass and garnish with blood orange twist.
