Dry January Mule

Ingredients:

1 oz Berry-Basil Barmalade®

1½ oz Lyre’s White Cane Spirit

¼ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Ginger Beer (Topper)

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients except ginger beer into a shaker, ice and shake vigorously.

Pour into a mule cup, top with ginger beer and garnish as desired.

 

Non Alcoholic Cosmo

Ingredients:

1 oz Raspberry-Hibiscus Barmalade®

1½ oz Lyre’s White Cane Spirit

½ oz Lyre’s Italian Orange

1 oz White Cranberry Juice

½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Fresh Raspberries (Garnish)

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.

Strain into a martini glass and garnish with fresh raspberries.

Sparkling Passionfruit Lemonade

1 oz Passionfruit-Pineapple Barmalade®

2 oz Lemonade

Club Soda (Topper)

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients except club soda into a glass, add ice and stir well.

Top with club soda and garnish as desired.

¾ oz Blood Orange-Guava Barmalade®

2 oz White Cranberry Juice

¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice

Club Soda (Topper)

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients except club soda into a glass, add ice and stir well.
