Raspberry Mojito

Ingredients

1 oz Raspberry-Hibiscus Barmalade®
1 ½ oz White Rum
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
5 Mint Leaves
Club Soda (Topper)

Instructions

  1. Using the palm of your hand, slap the mint leaves to release aroma and flavor and put into a shaker.
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients, except club soda, into shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and top with club soda.
