    Ingredients

    • 1 oz Passionfruit-Lemongrass Barmalade®
    • 1¼ oz Absolut Elyx Vodka
    • ½ oz Cointreau
    • ¼ oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
    • ¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice
    • 1 Egg White
    • 1 Edible Flower (Garnish)

    Instructions

    1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
    2. Strain back into shaker and dry shake.
    3. Double strain over ice in a tall glass and garnish with blood orange twist.

    Passionfruit Basil Smash

      Ingredients

      • 1 oz Passionfruit-Lemongrass Barmalade®
      • 1½ oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon
      • ½ oz Lemonade
      • 2 Fresh Basil Leaves
      • 1 Lemon Wheel (Garnish)

      Instructions

      1. Using the palm of your hand, slap the basil leaves to release aroma and flavor and put into a shaker.
      2. Combine remaining ingredients in shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
      3. Pour into a rocks glass and garnish with lemon wheel.

      Passionfruit Lemonade

        Ingredients

        • 1 oz Passionfruit-Lemongrass Barmalade®
        • 2 oz Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka
        • Club Soda (Topper)
        • 1 Mint Bouquet (Garnish)

        Instructions

        1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker, except club soda, add ice and shake vigorously.
        2. Pour into a tall glass and top with club soda, garnish with mint bouquet.

        Passionfruit Mojito

          Ingredients

          • 1 oz Passionfruit-Lemongrass Barmalade®
          • 1 ½ oz White Rum
          • ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
          • 5 Mint Leaves
          • Club Soda (Topper)

          Instructions

          1. Using the palm of your hand, slap the mint leaves to release aroma and flavor and put into a shaker.

          3. Pour into a tall glass and top with club soda.

          Passionfruit Mule

            • 1½ oz Belvedere Vodka
            • ¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice
            • Ginger Beer (Topper)
            • 1 Lime Wheel (Garnish)

            Instructions

            1. Combine all ingredients, except ginger beer into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
            2. Pour into a mule cup, top with ginger beer and garnish with lime wheel.

              • 1 oz Passionfruit-Lemongrass Barmalade®
              • 1 ½ oz Reposado Tequila
              • ½ oz Cointreau
              • ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
              • 1 Lime Wedge (Garnish)

              Instructions

              1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
              2. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with lime wedge.

              Traditional Daiquiri

                • 1 oz Passionfruit-Lemongrass Barmalade®
                • 1¼ oz Plantation Pineapple Rum
                • ½ oz Humboldt Spiced Rum
                • ¼ oz Blue Chair Bay Banana Rum
                • ¾ oz Pineapple Juice
                • ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
                • 1 Lime Wheel (Garnish)

                Instructions

                1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
                2. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with lime wheel.

                Tropical Mai Tai

                  Ingredients

                  • 1 oz Passionfruit-Lemongrass Barmalade®
                  • 1 oz Silver Rum
                  • 1 oz Zaya, Dark Rum
                  • ½ oz Triple Sec
                  • ¼ oz Plantation Pineapple Rum floater
                  • 3 Diced Strawberries (Garnish)

                  Instructions

                  1. Combine all ingredients except the Pineapple Rum, into a shaker add ice and shake vigorously.
                  2. Pour into a hurricane glass, pour Pineapple Rum on top and garnish with diced strawberries.
