De-constructed Mango Colada

Ingredients

1 oz Mango-Habanero Barmalade®
1 oz Blue Chair Bay Rum
½ oz Humbolt Spiced Rum
¾ oz Rum Haven Caribbean Rum
½ oz Coconut Crème
1 oz Pineapple Juice
¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice
3 Fresh Basil Leaves
1 Pineapple Frond (Garnish)
1 Luxardo Cherry (Garnish)

Instructions

  1. Using the palm of your hand, slap the basil leaves to release aroma and flavor and put into a shaker.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
  3. Double strain, pour over fresh ice into a hurricane glass and garnish with pineapple frond and a Luxardo Cherry.
