Great tasting cocktails start with lots of ice! For every recipe, fill shaker with ice. For a fine dining feel, strain each cocktail over fresh ice in the glass.

    Ingredients

    • 1 oz Grapefruit-Elderflower Barmalade®
    • 1½ oz Makers Mark Bourbon
    • ½ oz Aperol
    • ½ oz Coconut Crème
    • ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
    • 1 Egg White
    • 1 Basil Leaf (Garnish)

    Instructions

    1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
    2. Strain back into shaker and dry shake.
    3. Double strain over ice in a coupe glass and float basil leaf on top.

      • 1 oz Grapefruit-Elderflower Barmalade®
      • 1 ½ oz Ford’s Gin
      • ¼ oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
      • ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
      • Q Grapefruit Soda (Topper)
      • 1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)

      Instructions

      1. Combine all ingredients except soda into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
      2. Pour into a tall glass, top with soda and garnish with a lemon twist.

      Grapefruit Elderflower Lemonade

        Ingredients

        • 1 oz Grapefruit-Elderflower Barmalade®
        • 2 oz Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka
        • Club Soda (Topper)
        • 1 Grapefruit Slice (Garnish)

        Instructions

        1. Combine all ingredients except soda into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
        2. Pour into a tall glass, top with club soda and garnish with a grapefruit slice.

        Grapefruit Elderflower Mojito

          Ingredients

          • 1 oz Grapefruit-Elderflower Barmalade®
          • 1 ½ oz White Rum
          • ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
          • 5 Mint Leaves
          • Club Soda (Topper)

          Instructions

          1. Using the palm of your hand, slap the basil leaves to release aroma and flavor and put into a shaker.
          2. Combine all remaining ingredients except club soda, into shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
          3. Pour into a tall glass and top with club soda.

            • 1 oz Grapefruit-Elderflower Barmalade®
            • 1 ½ oz Belvedere Vodka
            • ¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice
            • Ginger Beer (Topper)
            • 1 Lime Wheel (Garnish)

            Instructions

            1. Combine all ingredients except ginger beer into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
            2. Pour into a mule cup, top with ginger beer and garnish with lime wheel.

              • 1 ½ oz Reposado Tequila
              • ½ oz Cointreau
              • ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
              • 1 Grapefruit Slice (Garnish)

              Instructions

              1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
              2. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a grapefruit slice.

                • ½ oz Greenhouse Gin
                • ¼ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

                Instructions

                1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
                2. Pour into a rocks glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

                  • 1 ½ oz Plantation Pineapple Rum
                  • ¼ oz Blue Chair Bay Banana Rum
                  • ¼ oz Herring Cherry Liqueur
                  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
                  • ¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice
                  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
                  • 1 Pineapple Frond(Garnish)
                  • 1 Luxardo Cherry (Garnish)

                  Instructions

                  1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
                  2. Strain over crushed ice into hurricane glass and garnish with pineapple frond and a Luxardo Cherry.
