Spiced Pear Fizz

Ingredients

1 oz Apple-Pear Barmalade^®
1 oz Hendricks Gin
½ oz Licor 43
½ oz Mathilde Pear liqueur
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
3 Apple Slices (Garnish)

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
2. Strain back into shaker and dry shake.
3. Double strain  into a coupe glass and float thinly sliced apples on top.
