Ingredients
1 oz Apple-Pear Barmalade®
1 oz Hendricks Gin
½ oz Licor 43
½ oz Mathilde Pear liqueur
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
3 Apple Slices (Garnish)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain back into shaker and dry shake.
- Double strain into a coupe glass and float thinly sliced apples on top.
