Ingredients

1 oz Apple-Pear Barmalade^®
1 ½ oz Glenlivet Founders Reserve
½ oz St. George Spiced Pear
4 Dashes Fee Brothers Orange Bitters
4 Dashes Fee Brothers Cherry Bitters
1 Luxardo Cherry (Garnish)

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
2. Pour into a rocks glass and garnish with a Luxardo cherry.
3. Pour into a tall glass and top with soda, garnish with mint bouquet.
